We do not offer standard recruitment ‘packages' as every assignment is unique. What we do offer is a bespoke solution tailored to your exact requirements. Below you will find explanations of some the services we offer.
Search and Selection – Also called headhunting and executive search.
When it is vital to get the right candidate rather than just filling the vacancy quickly we recommend this method. A shortlist of target companies will be agreed upon and we will then make confidential approaches. We do not simply approach individuals at the required level, but also go up and down the chain of command to highlight all possible candidates. You will then be presented with a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates. Search and Selection is the most successful form of recruitment available.
Network search – Also called contingency recruitment
Our proven background of working with the leading organisations and professionals in the industry means our database contains some of the very best candidates available across all disciplines. This involves cross matching existing and known candidates against your requirements. Where time constraints are tight or budget is of prime concern we recommend this method.
Branded advertising
Advertising can be done in many forms. Internet, local and national press, trade magazines, job papers and many others media are used. By advertising under your own name you can attract candidates using your reputation. We will help with design and placement of your advert in the correct media. Responses will come directly to us and a shortlist will be drawn up. When used in conjunction with Search and Selection it ensures you are drawing on the widest range of candidates possible.
Retained advertising
Advertising under your own name can have disadvantages. Candidates from direct competitors will be reluctant to apply and sometimes people have an incorrect preconceived idea about their competitors. By advertising under EP Search you can ensure that these problems will be avoided. All applicants will be interviewed and a shortlist presented. This method of recruitment is particularly successful when your recruitment is confidential in nature.
Psychometrics
We have a full range of behavioral and ability tests that we have used extensively. When combined with our proven recruitment techniques we are even more successful in placing the right person in the job first time.

Outsourced recruitment advice
Recruitment can be a stressful time and mistakes are very costly. Many of our clients feel that they need some help when it comes to interviewing candidates as they have no formal training. Whether you are interviewing a shortlist presented by us, or have candidates from another source, we can help you. Our experienced consultants can help you design a formal interview process and even come in as part of your interview panel.
Management of selection process
Many companies find it incredibly difficult to deal with the volume of responses they receive to their advertisements. We can help you manage every step of this process. At the most basic level we will simply field your calls and collate all of your applications and present you with a full list of applicants. If, however, you do not want to or do not have the time to shortlist yourself, we will do this for you. Presenting you with the details of only the most suitable candidates.
Competitor/Market analysis
We have a team whose sole purpose is to source candidates and get as much information on companies as possible. We can perform a survey of your competitors and present you with a full breakdown of key staff, management structures, salary levels etc. This information is vital in making sure you stay one step ahead of your competitors.
